They visit the areas which men who have sex with men, MSM, frequent and since taboos prevent discussions of sexuality, talk to those groups marginalized by attitudes and stigma. The sex workers in Dhaka also have peer educators who distribute condoms and give advice. Part of the international Positive Lives project (www.positivelives.org) that documents the impact of the global HIV/AIDS epidemic.
