Fishing boat in Naf River at Teknaf in Coxs Bazar. Naf River an elongated estuary in the extreme southeast of COX'S BAZAR district dividing the district from Arakan (Myanmar). It raises in the Arakan hills on the southeastern borders of the district and falls into the Bay of Bengal. The river is influenced by tide. Akyab in Myanmar is on the leftbank and Teknaf upazila of Cox's Bazar district is on the right bank of the river. Teknaf, Coxs Bazar, Bangladesh, December 24, 2006.
