Description:
The interior of the Mahakma du Pasha in the Quartier Habous or ‘New Medina’ in Casablanca, Morocco built in 1950’s, in the Grand Moorish-style featuring mosaics, marble columns & carved cedar ceilings. The building was once a palace and law courts but is now a police prefecture, its walls covered by intricate stucco and its grounds by a beautifully laid out garden with a fountain as its centre-piece.
