Description:
The language of emptiness knows no bounds, but then the single condition applies, you need to be equally empty. The humanitarian crisis facing the Rohingya in south Asia cannot be explained without understanding the complex â and conflicting â anthropological and political identities. But what can be easily understood is, losing a beloved, a home or a shelter is not easy, so is losing ones birthplace and nationality.A large part of migrating Rohingyas refuged to Teknafâs unregistered camp where the refugeeâs education, living standard, standard wages of labour, are nothing right; moreover, surrounded by the danger of human trafficking and drugs dealing, fishermen dying to earn a living. The innocent women and children of this issue are the most victimized, being tortured physical and mentally, considering it as their fate, completely unaware of the oppression they are being pushed into.Is it what we call âstatelessnessâ, or the first step towards being a âglobal citizenâ? Our children, who merely know what it looks like to be educated and grow up, already encountered fear of death.
