Description:
The Tajhat palace, in the Northern district town of Rangpur, in Bangladesh. A former rajbari or jamindars palace, this building was abandoned and decayed rapidly, after the end of the British Raj. It was used as the courthouse during the 1980s. In 2004 the building was restored largely and turned into a museum. August 4, 2008.
