The Ahsan Manjil is situated in Kumartoli, on the banks of the Buriganga river, in Dhaka, Bangladesh. It was the residential palace and court of the Nawabs of Dhaka. Built in 1872 by Nawab Khwaja Abdul Ghani, Ahsan Manzil is one of the significant architectural monuments of the country. It has been turned into a museum recently. Bangladesh. November 1, 2009.
