Flood victims trying to dry up their damaged paddy crops on their temporary shelters on National Highway 52, in Bordoloni area in Dhemaji district, where the villagers are staying. More than 120 villages and about fifty thousand families have been affected with the 2nd phase of flash flood that started again from Sunday night, caused by the heavy rainfall in Arunachal Pradesh. Dhemaji, the eastern most district of Assam bordering Arunachal Pradesh is totally cut off from the rest of India since 12th July 2007.
