Description : A vendor is openly selling domestic Egret birds in the Shaheeedgah area of Sylhet city. Poachers and traders do not comply with the ban on hunting and selling birds. Hunting of birds in this way is posing a serious threat to nature and biodiversity. Conscious passers-by have complained that bird hunting and selling is not stopped due to awareness, laxity in law enforcement and food luxury.
