Description : Female youth volunteers at a computer literacy training center in Afghan Red Crescent Society (ARCS) in Herat, Afghanistan. There are 10 computers and a total of 160 youths attend the classes in shifts. ARCS has enrolled 3200 male and female volunteers for training in central Herat and four districts under the province.
