Description : Honey collection campaign in the Satkhira range of Sundarbans begins on 1st April. A 3; month long honey campaign operates every year to start collection of honey in the west zone of Sundarbans. About 80,000 kilograms of honey and 20,000 to 24,000 kgs of beeswax is collected.
