Description:
The Dhaka Water Supply and Sewerage Authority, DWASA, provides water to poor and needy people through about 1,000 street taps in the city. However, the taps are stolen so often that it is common to see water running continuously from the supply pipes. People living in Old Dhaka made this contraption to prevent wastage of water.
