Description:
The Memorial Register, at Chittagong War Cemetery, in Nasirabad area of Chittagong city, in Bangladesh. More than 700 soldiers of the allied force, who died on the Myanmar front, during World War II, are buried in the cemetery. The memorial register contains the names of more than 6500 sailors and merchant seamen who died in the service of their mother land and have no grave but the sea. November 6, 2008.
