Wilfred Sanya

Wilfred Ouma Sanya, Ugandan by nationality, is based in Kampala. `

Sanya graduated with a diploma in journalism in 1998 and current is working with New Vision as freelance photojournalist and contributor to magazines.

He has experience in documentation and other activities trained by Thomson Foundation and German Institute of Photography.

In 1999 he was the second run –up of the French Photography contest. In 2007, he was selected by United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Uganda to document their millennium development goals.
